These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 5pk365. Please read them carefully before using the platform. By registering, depositing or placing any bet on 5pk365 you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 5pk365. Age verification via CNIC is required before any withdrawal is processed.
Each individual may hold only one active 5pk365 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided without notice.
All 5pk365 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits and withdrawals use local methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa and major banks.
Any use of bots, arbitrage software, fraudulent payment methods or collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All 5pk365 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
Players may request self-exclusion at any time. 5pk365 is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools to help players manage their activity.
In these Terms & Conditions the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an Account or place any Bet on the Platform. 5pk365 employs age-verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds held therein will be forfeited.

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts, including registering under different names, email addresses or mobile numbers to circumvent this rule, will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
3.3 KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. 5pk365 will request a legible copy of your valid CNIC and may request additional documentation including proof of address or proof of payment method at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify 5pk365 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 5pk365 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account prior to receipt of such notification.
4.1 All Account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 5pk365 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and USDT, subject to the minimum and maximum limits published in the Platform Cashier section from time to time.
4.2 The minimum deposit per transaction is Rs 500. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–3 business hours. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or technical maintenance.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into the Account, or to a verified bank account held in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4.4 5pk365 reserves the right to conduct additional KYC checks prior to processing any withdrawal and to delay or withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.
4.5 Deposits made via payment methods not supported by 5pk365, or deposits made in error, may be returned to the originating account, less any bank charges incurred, but no guarantee of recovery is made.
5.1 All Bets placed on 5pk365 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, event or game type on the Platform. These rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference and Players are responsible for reading them prior to placing a Bet.
5.2 Once a Bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled except in the specific circumstances described in the applicable game or sports rules (for example, match abandonment or event cancellation).
5.3 5pk365 reserves the right to void any Bet placed on an event where a palpable error has occurred in the published odds, including but not limited to pricing errors caused by technical malfunction or data feed errors.
5.4 Winnings from settled Bets will be credited to the Player's Account balance in PKR and are available for immediate withdrawal or re-wagering, subject to any applicable bonus wagering conditions.
5.5 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a Bet, the decision of 5pk365 shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 12.
6.1 5pk365 may offer bonuses, free bets and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonuses are personal to the registered Account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or shared. Using bonus funds in a manner designed to generate guaranteed profit regardless of outcome (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "matched betting") is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
6.4 5pk365 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account in good faith will be honoured subject to applicable wagering conditions.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5pk365 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 5pk365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools which Players are strongly encouraged to use: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time alerts, temporary account cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion.
8.2 Players who wish to self-exclude may do so at any time by contacting 5pk365 support via live chat or by activating the self-exclusion option in Account Settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Re-activation requests will not be considered until a minimum cooling-off period has elapsed.
8.3 5pk365 will not knowingly permit a self-excluded Player to access the Platform or open a new Account during an active exclusion period. If you believe your self-exclusion has not been applied correctly, contact support immediately.

9.1 All content on the 5pk365 Platform, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, audio and video material, is the proprietary property of 5pk365 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No Player may copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 5pk365.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5pk365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data or service interruption.
10.2 5pk365 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from technical faults. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. 5pk365 will endeavour to communicate scheduled maintenance in advance.
10.3 In all cases, 5pk365's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
11.1 5pk365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Upon termination for breach, any Account balance may be forfeited. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 5pk365 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance will be paid out subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 5pk365 holds its operating licence. Players agree to submit any dispute arising under these Terms to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12.2 In the first instance, disputes should be submitted to 5pk365 customer support via the live chat facility on the Platform. 5pk365 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
12.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Players may seek resolution through the relevant external dispute resolution body applicable under 5pk365's operating licence.
13.1 5pk365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the Platform or by email to the registered address on their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.2 The current version of these Terms, as identified by the "Last updated" date at the top of this document, supersedes all prior versions. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
